These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Venari Studio (the "Service"), operated by Venari Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Venari Studio is an AI-powered creative platform that generates marketing images, video, and user-generated-content-style ads from photos and prompts you provide. Output is produced using third-party AI models and is provided for your use subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You're responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period — contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a refund. Except as stated here or required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
You confirm you have all necessary rights to any photo or material you upload. We use automated and manual measures to enforce this policy and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate it.
You retain ownership of the photos and materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content to our AI providers solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
Output is generated by AI and provided "as is." It may not be unique, may resemble other works, and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output and for how you use it, including compliance with the rules of any platform where you publish it and with applicable advertising and disclosure laws. We make no guarantee that output is free of third-party rights.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Venari Labs and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service relies on third parties (including Supabase, Stripe, and AI model providers). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we're not responsible for their services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENARI LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR AMOUNTS EXCEEDING WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Venari Labs harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
